The Sun has a very large mass. The gravitational pull of the Sun is why all the
planets orbit the Sun to make the Solar System.

You can measure the force of gravity on an object using a force meter.

This measurement is the weight of an object and is measured in newtons (N).

Find the weight of different objects in the classroom.

Now find the mass of the same objects.
