Big Picture
Energy comes from different sources,
has different forms and can be
measured in different ways.
We need energy to make things work.
Our bodies also need energy to work.
How much energy we need is different
at different times.
Energy can be transformed and
transferred, but it can never be created
or destroyed. This means we need to
understand how energy is transferred
so that we can make sure we have the
energy we need, in the right form, at the
right place and at the right time.
